After the initial meeting of getting membership, and in the next steps, special meetings were held, based on the membership's form and according to their abilities and interests they were put in seven separate groups and a temporary guardian for each group was appointed.
In the following, in specified time, special meeting were held by director of group working and the head of lady's committee to determine the policies.
